Naturethings is led by seasoned Nature operators-foudners at the intersection of infrastructure, ESG, and data: Nalini Veeraghanta (CEO), Pavan Kumar (COO) and Prof. Veera Sekaran (advisor). Founded in Singapore in 2024, the company serves growing cities defining infratrcuture players including CDL, CBRE and Accor-Ennismore.

By 2050, 50% infrastructure will be added to our urban cities. Urban real estate faces rising climate risks heatwaves, flooding, biodiversity loss while nature-based solutions (green roofs, living facades) remain under-monitored and under-optimized. To shift towards regenerative buildings, cities owners and operators need to "see their nature investments in action" ie a unified system to manage, predict, and certify NbS performance or link it to environmental and operational data, driving adoption to meet the growing demand.

Naturethings offers an AI-IoT Asset Lifecylce Management copilot built for NbS deployment and operations. It combines real-time IoT monitoring, predictive maintenance, and environmental intelligence to deploy, manage, and measure NbS using asset-level data and machine learning—providing operational resilience, sustainability insights, and turnkey site rollouts. In short: the Epic/Procore of urban nature.
